Project Overview: This project comprised the demolition of two existing buildings and construction of a new two storymedical centre. The client is Dr John Napoli Pty Ltd. The new build includes lifts, under cover parking for 24 vehicles, new Ausgrid substation and fit out of a three theatre day Surgery.

Role: Greencore was the site based Construction Management, was contracted by Dr John Napoli Pty Ltd to complete the works.
