Project Overview: Greencore Interiors have been engaged to complete hotel refurbishment including various structural and cosmetic upgrade works to the main areas: Main Bar Area, Beer Garden, TAB bar, Gaming Rooms, entry areas, gardens, bathrooms, consisting of demolition of existing structures and finishes, structural works to all walls, floors and doors including metalwork, stonework, tiles and landscaping of the external areas and the car park including excavation, erection of new carpark site walls and concrete carpark works, bollards and line markings.
