NIKLAS GREEN

CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR

Niklas Green is the Construction Director of Green-core and a construction industry veteran with 21 years of industry experience.

Running his own construction firm, Niklas has demonstrated strong ability to get the best out of staff and manage complex projects in tight project time frames on behalf of contractors, consultants and clients, has the skills, expertise and dedication to smoothly and successfully deliver any project in numerous sectors, including medical, hospitality, office fit-outs, commercial and educational.

Prior to Green-core, Niklas worked for the construction company ICMG for the past 5 years and Fugen for over 7 years in a project management capacity, delivering works up to $7m before starting his own company which he ran for over 13 years, being responsible for numerous high-end fit-outs and developing a strong reputation for his level of quality.

Running his own construction interiors firm, Niklas has demonstrated strong ability to get the best out of staff and manage complex projects in tight project timeframes on behalf of contractors, consultants and clients alike.

DANIEL ROSS

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Daniel Ross is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, working across numerous States in Australia and internationally, specialising in delivering works within the commercial sector. Delivering major building refurbishments, construction projects, and major fit-outs, managing projects up to $20M Daniel has developed a strong understanding of working within live environments and working with project teams to deliver projects with tight programme constraints, focusing on maintaining relationships and communication with the project team and building management whilst delivering on time, cost and quality.

Daniel has a Bachelor of Construction Management, has developed a thorough list of personal references from previous projects and has the skills, expertise, and dedication to smoothly and successfully deliver any project.
